Snyder’s Heating and Cooling was amazing all the way around from customer service to the Techs. I called them about an A/C problem and they had had John come out in less than 2 hours of me calling. John came out and made easy work of the problem I was having. He was very nice and knowledgeable and explained the issue I was having. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Snyder’s Heating and Cooling to anyone with Heating, Cooling or Heat Pump problems. And if you get John, you’re in luck because he’s definitely going to fix your issue. Can’t recommend this place enough. This will be the only Heating and Air company I will do business with for now on.

John, the technician, called out due to low air output. I had called several other companies and already spent over $1000. John said, "Let's just see what we find." Within 15 minutes, he decided the coils needed cleaning. Wanted to check temp before and after cleaning, so we left the thermometer on vent in home. Told him last company said I needed freon at $400 a pound, and he was not convinced. Once he cleaned the coils, he noted a huge difference in pressure. Great, honest and knowledgeable. Will never call another company!!!

Called about an issue with my mini-split system. John came out and ran diagnostics to see what was going on. Gave me a lot of good information about how the systems work. Issue found was from installation, he told me what to tell my installer to get it fixed. I also noticed how good John worked with the younger tech working with him, I think being a new person entering the trade you would want to be treated well and I saw that with John. Definitely recommend him and Snyder's when you need service.
